Standard Support Plan, we do not
support more than 2 older versions than current version of the software.

Response time includes only workdays and normal business hours.

invite you to consult our frequently asked questions list and our knowledge

Annual Support Plans are parts of 'The
Software' as described in the End User License Agreement.

For
standard support plan, optional upgrades are available at a cost if
they are published 90 days after purchase. Upgrades published within 90 days
after initial purchase are free.
