Conditions

  • All support plans available for registered users only.

  • For Standard Support Plan, we do not support more than 2 older versions than current version of the software.

  • Response time includes only workdays and normal business hours.

  • Before proceeding with a request for support, we invite you to consult our frequently asked questions list and our knowledge base.

  • Annual Support Plans are parts of 'The Software' as described in the End User License Agreement.

  • For standard support plan, optional upgrades are available at a cost if they are published 90 days after purchase. Upgrades published within 90 days after initial purchase are free.

  • We want to keep our applications as harmonious and standard as possible.   However, there is room for customization and we can in most cases adapt our applications to fit your requirements.  We do this with an external module, thus avoiding to compromise your upgradeability.
